Curriculum Development is a tree-unit course and is intended to introduce the education students to effective curriculum design and assessment. The course topics include curriculum models, principles and approaches in designing, delivering and addressing the curriculum.
Procedure in crafting the curriculum will be discussed to enlighten curriculum planners on how to go about improvement and development.
Curriculum Development is not only the work of one or two in the academe but different stakeholders have a role to play to make the curriculum relevant to the needs of time and the world. Each has a role to play from the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and overall assessment.
